Are we over Black Excellence? In this episode, we RANT about how rolling back DEI initiatives, refusing to celebrate Black History Month, and the resurgence of talk about not being merited to hold high-level positions makes us wonder if it might be time for some Black mediocrity. Maybe it's time for Black people to relax from being at the forefront of political movements and civil rights fights and show what happens when we don't provide our excellence.
